Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Namaste, Welcome to India! You will be welcomed by your private driver at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Flight Delhi - Leh

Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Leh in Ladakh! Take advantage of the height to admire the magnificent landscapes available for you. Arrival at the airport and reception by your new driver and installation at your hotel.

Day 3: Leh (acclimatization day)

The city of Leh is at an altitude of 3500m, so it is necessary to make a day of acclimatization for your body to get used to the altitude. Take advantage of this day to rest but also to discover the city of Leh. You will visit the old city of Leh, old of 500 years. The city has not changed much, partially in ruins, it is an authentic city, it is such that at the time of the Silk Roads. Visit the palace and if you are acclimatized, push on to Namgyal Tsemo Gompa which dates from 1430. Overnight in Leh.

Day 4: Trek Leh - Yangtang

Today you will leave early in the morning for your trek. Your driver will bring you from Leh to Lekir (about 2 hours by car), the starting point of the trek. The hike to reach Yangtang is around 4 / 5h of walking. Enjoy the landscapes and the scenery. You will finally arrive at the city of Yangtang which is 3630m above sea level. If you arrive early enough and have the courage, go visit the Ridzong Monastery. Overnight in Yangtang.

Day 5: Yangtang Trek - Hemis Shukpachan

Wake up early in the morning, have a good traditional breakfast of the region and set off for your next stage of the hike, Hemis Shukpachan which is about 2/3 hours walk. It will be a continuous ascent to the Tsermanchang pass at 3750m then descent to the village. Take advantage of the rest of the day to walk around the village, meet the locals and rest. Overnight at Hemis Shukpachan.

Day 6: Trek Hemis Shukpachan - Temisgam

Wake up again in the calm of the mountains and have breakfast before starting the day's walk to the town of Temisgam (4 / 5h walk). Surely the most beautiful landscapes of the trek that you will have the chance to see today. You will cross the Mebtak La pass at 3750m, with a rather difficult ascent but which promises you breathtaking landscapes once at the top. Then descend to the village of Temisgam. Overnight in Temisgam.

Day 7: Temisgam - Lamayuru

Last day of walk for this hike. You will walk to the village of Lamayuru at an altitude of 3500m via the Cham La pass at 4030m. Lamayuru is of a lunar landscape, do not miss the visit of the monastery of the village which rises to 4000m and admire the magnificent view of the valley. Overnight in Lamayuru.

Day 8 Lamayuru - Leh (by car)

End of the trek. Return to Leh today by car. On the way stop to visit Alchi Monastery, the oldest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh which dates from the 11th century. Overnight in Leh.

Day 9 Leh - Tso kar

Leave the Indus Valley today to take the road to Tso Kar in the Changtang at an altitude of 4500m. Landscapes are different from those you have seen so far, rather desert and snow-capped peaks. You will then see the salt lake of Tso Kar appear. The fauna is unique, watch the birds migrating in the region. Night in a tent near the lake.

Day 10 Tso kar - Tso mirori

Today discover another lake, Lake Tso Mirori, the most beautiful lake in Ladakh with an intense blue color. Visit the monastery in the town of Korzoc and its unique school. It is the only sedentary city in the region. Then take advantage of the rest of the day to stroll around the lake and observe the amazing wildlife.

Day 11 Tso mirori

Today a guide will bring you to meet the Cahng-Pa nomads, originally from Tibet. They live in Yak canvas tents all year round and follow the migration of pastures. They live mainly from the manufacture and weaving of cashmere known worldwide. Night in a tent.

Day 12 Tso mirori - Leh

Today you leave this place truly cut off from the world and take the road to Leh. On the way you will pass the turquoise lake of Kyagar Tso, you will cross the Namshang La pass to finally descend to the Indus valley. Overnight in Leh.

Last day in Ladakh in the city of Leh, take advantage of this day to go rafting for thrill seekers, visit Sankar Gompa for culture lovers or take the opportunity to pack your bags for shopping enthusiasts. Overnight in Leh.

Day 14 Flight Leh - Delhi

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Installation at your hotel and overnight in Delhi.
