General conditions of reservation and sale of Mannat Voyages<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n

The general booking conditions of Mannat Voyages are detailed in this document.\u00a0All bookings with Mannat Voyages (Mannat Voyages) are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability mentioned herein.\u00a0By making a reservation with Mannat Voyages, you agree to these terms and conditions.\u00a0In the event of a contradiction between the terms and conditions mentioned here, on the Mannat Voyages itineraries and documents or those displayed on the Mannat Voyages websites, the latter will apply.<\/p>\r\n

1 – RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>\r\n

1.1.All reservations are handled by Mannat Voyages’ team of travel advisors by email or telephone or via our websites.\u00a0Reservations are only finalized after payment and after having completed and received the participant information form.<\/p>\r\n

1.2 Booking Confirmation, Deposit and Payment Methods:<\/b><\/p>\r\n

– Mannat Voyages will provide via email the travel itinerary, booking confirmation document with our bank account and payment method details, and the deposit amount required for guarantee your reservation as well as the terms and conditions of reservation.<\/p>\r\n

– Mannat Voyages will email the participant information form, which must be completed by the client and submitted to Mannat Voyages.<\/p>\r\n

– A deposit for the reservation must be paid by international bank transfer or by credit card online through our bank’s payment portal within 7 days of the issuance of the reservation confirmation.\u00a0If the deposit is not received by Mannat Voyages within this period, the reservation may be canceled without notice.\u00a0The amount of the deposit varies according to the conditions below:<\/p>\r\n

a) An advance of 10% of the total amount if paid more than one year in advance<\/p>\r\n

b) An advance of 25% of the total amount if paid between 1 year and 6 months in advance<\/p>\r\n

c) An advance of 50% of the total amount if paid between 6 months and 45 days in advance<\/p>\r\n

d) Full payment if paid less than 45 days before departure<\/p>\r\n

Note:<\/b>
The above conditions apply to the first payment to secure the reservation.\u00a0The next installment must follow the above schedule in accordance.\u00a0So if 10% of the total amount was paid 1 year in advance, an additional 15% must be paid 6 months in advance, then the balance 45 days in advance for this reservation.\u00a0The above conditions are not applicable for booking luxury hotels and for booking during Christmas and New Year period or any peak\/festival period.\u00a0For these reservations a 50% advance must be paid or advance payment terms will be indicated on a case by case basis.<\/p>\r\n

Attention: In India, a hotel reservation is only confirmed by making an advance payment at the hotel.\u00a0We pre-book your first hotel choice in each destination (subject to availability).\u00a0These pre-reservations are generally valid for 8 days.\u00a0Availability of flights and trains is also limited in many popular sectors in India and tickets can only be confirmed with full payment.\u00a0We kindly ask that you pay the deposit promptly to give us the best chance of confirming your first choice of hotels and transportation.<\/p>\r\n

e) Credit card transactions: Mannat Voyages accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments through our online payment portal.<\/p>\r\n

f) After Mannat Voyages has received the deposit and confirmed your reservations, you will receive an invoice indicating receipt of the deposit and the remaining balance.<\/p>\r\n

Please note that international bank transfers can take between 48 hours and 15 days to be processed.<\/p>\r\n

g) For all bookings where travel occurs within 45 days, full payment is due immediately upon booking.<\/p>\r\n

h) Any delay in the payment of the deposit or the balance may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.<\/p>\r\n

2 – TRAVEL INFORMATION<\/b><\/p>\r\n

2.1.\u00a0Passports and visas<\/b>
All travelers listed on the Participant Information Form must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months beyond the return date and all relevant visas.\u00a0It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at each destination.\u00a0Please consult your nearest relevant destination consulate for more information on visa requirements.\u00a0Any fines, penalties, payments or expenses incurred as a result of such documentation not meeting the requirements of such authorities shall be your sole responsibility.<\/p>\r\n

Attention: If your travel itinerary includes travel to India and any other country (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Sri Lanka, etc.), you may need a multiple entry Indian tourist visa.\u00a0You will need to present your travel itinerary and documents at the time of visa application.\u00a0Mannat Voyages can provide you with the necessary travel documentation upon request.<\/p>\r\n

2.2 Non-transferable.<\/b>
It should be noted that not all travel documents issued are transferable.\u00a0These documents may include, but are not limited to, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, travel vouchers, redemption orders, or any other documents used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.\u00a0These documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, with no modification date and subject to cancellation or modification fees.<\/p>\r\n

2.3.\u00a0Health and safety information.<\/b>
Mannat Voyages advises you to regularly consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country of residence.\u00a0Here you will find all the information related to travel safety in India and surrounding countries.\u00a0Mannat Voyages advises you to regularly consult the information provided by the competent authorities on the medical risks associated with travel to India or surrounding countries.\u00a0It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of all health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you have all necessary vaccination documents.\u00a0Please consult your travel doctor for further information.<\/p>\r\n

3 – MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS BEFORE DEPARTURE<\/b><\/p>\r\n

All changes to reservations will incur charges.\u00a0These fees can represent up to 100% of the cost of the reservation, whether the trip has started or not.\u00a0Where we incur any liability for change fees or charges for any booking you change, you agree to indemnify us in the amount of those charges.\u00a0Your refusal to pay a reasonable change fee will be considered a cancellation of your booking.<\/p>\r\n

Amendment fees for all confirmed reservations for which a reservation confirmation has been issued and a deposit has been received by Mannat Voyages are detailed here (Except organized group):<\/p>\r\n

– Changes made by you before departure: Mannat voyages does not charge change fees for services but will apply the service provider’s change fees and the possible price difference of the new plane or train ticket or hotel (except in the case of non-changeable plane tickets where 100% of the cost of the new ticket will be charged).<\/p>\r\n

Please inform Mannat Voyages of changes to your travel plans as soon as possible by email, telephone.\u00a0Most hotels, airlines and suppliers charge a 100% cancellation penalty for reservation changes between 7 days and 24 hours before departure.\u00a0This may result in the loss of your deposit on these reservations.<\/p>\r\n

4 – MODIFICATION OF THE PROVIDER’S SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\r\n

If a service were to be canceled by the cause of the service provider while the customer is on site, Mannat voyages will do everything possible to ensure the modification of the canceled service but will not cover the price difference with the new price which will remain the responsibility. client.<\/p>\r\n

5 – CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/b>

5.1.\u00a0To cancel your reservation<\/b>with Mannat Voyages, please inform your travel insurance company and Mannat Voyages in writing, indicating the reason for the cancellation.\u00a0Ask for acknowledgment of receipt of your email or letter.\u00a0Any cancellation fees will be calculated based on the date of receipt of written notice of cancellation of your reservation.\u00a0Please read your travel insurance policy carefully or contact your insurer to determine the insurance terms, level of coverage and documentation needed to make a claim against cancellation penalties charged by Mannat Voyages or any of its affiliates. suppliers.<\/p>\r\n

5.2.\u00a0Cancellation charges<\/b>
5.2.1.\u00a0Cancellation fees for all reservations<\/b>confirmed where a booking confirmation has been issued and a deposit has been received by Mannat Voyages are detailed here (except organized groups):
– Cancellation more than 45 days before departure: the sums paid as a deposit will be refunded to you, after deducting bank charges (around 3%), administration fees of \u20ac100 and any cancellation fees from service providers.<\/p>\r\n

– Cancellation less than 45 days before departure: the sums paid as a deposit will be refunded to you, after deduction of bank charges (approximately 3%), administrative fees of \u20ac100 and 100% of the costs of plane reservations and train (plus any service provider fees).<\/p>\r\n

Please inform Mannat Voyages (Mannat Voyages) of the cancellation of your reservation as soon as possible by e-mail, telephone or fax.\u00a0Most providers charge a 100% cancellation penalty for cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before departure.\u00a0Mannat Voyages cannot refund these reservations.<\/p>\r\n

5.2.2.\u00a0For any reservation<\/b>if one or more participating travelers cancel their reservation but the itinerary will still be traveled by one or more participants, the price per person of the reservation will be increased by the cost of the cancellation the participants share divided by the number of remaining participants.\u00a0Any refusal to accept the new cost per person will be considered as a cancellation of the reservation, and will be subject to the cancellation fees mentioned in point 5.<\/p>\r\n

5.3.\u00a0Refunds.\u00a0All refunds will be processed within 12 weeks of the cancellation date.<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Noticed:<\/b>The above cancellation policy is not applicable for booking luxury hotels and for booking during the Christmas and New Year period or any peak\/festival period.\u00a0For these reservations, cancellation charges and refunds will be advised on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the cancellation charges levied by the suppliers.<\/p>\r\n

6 – INSURANCE<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Liability: Mannat Voyages accepts no liability of any nature whatsoever, contractual, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or breaches, negligent or not, of any service provider over which we have no direct control.\u00a0In circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the travel arrangements purchased.\u00a0We accept no liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, extra cost or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event beyond our control or which cannot be avoided by due diligence.\u00a0On our part.\u00a0In particular, but not limited to,\u00a0we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you as a result of terrorism, war (including civil war), coup, riot, civil disturbance or any type of criminal act.\u00a0It is your responsibility to inform yourself of the safety and security situation in the places you are visiting.<\/p>\r\n

Travel insurance: Mannat Voyages recommends that you take out personal travel insurance including repatriation cover to protect you against the risks mentioned above.\u00a0Mannat Voyages does not provide travel insurance.\u00a0Please make sure you have travel insurance that covers you for any adventure activities you take part in, such as mountain trekking or scuba diving.\u00a0For travel in high mountain regions and alpine areas, a specific insurance policy covering search, rescue and repatriation costs in the event of accident or illness is required.\u00a0You will be asked to provide Mannat Voyages with a copy of your travel insurance policy along with details of the policy when you complete the participant information form at the time of booking.\u00a0Mannat Voyages also asks you to provide contact details for an emergency contact person.\u00a0Please ensure you have a copy of your travel insurance policy at all times.\u00a0You are responsible for filing any claims on your travel insurance policy (our guides and local staff will assist you if necessary).\u00a0Mannat Voyages will assist you by contacting your travel insurance provider if you are unable to contact them, and provide you with invoices for all expenses incurred by you.<\/p>\r\n

7 – PRICES<\/b>
All prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without notice.<\/p>\r\n

7.1.\u00a0The prices displayed on the site are per person<\/b>\u00a0and for a minimum of 2 participants.\u00a0If a person wishes to travel alone, Mannat Voyages may have to charge additional costs for a single person.<\/p>\r\n

The price of the itinerary indicated on the internet may be modified if the price of air transport, hotels or activities exceeds the price budgeted when booking.\u00a0This supplement will be communicated to you in detail which will be sent to you by e-mail in your estimate.<\/p>\r\n

7.2.\u00a0A la carte booking and personalized itinerary<\/b>
Mannat Voyages gives you the opportunity to customize your itinerary, activities, mode of transportation and give you flexibility in travel dates, however until the itinerary and travel dates are fixed, the price is subject to change.\u00a0The price of the itinerary will be indicated to you on the travel itinerary provided by Mannat Voyages.\u00a0This price is valid for 7 days or according to the validity date, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\r\n

After confirmation of the booking, the price of the itinerary may be changed if the price of flights, transportation, hotels or activities exceeds the budgeted price in our price indicated for the itinerary.<\/p>\r\n

7.3.\u00a0All travel bookings<\/b>
All prices are valid for 7 days.\u00a0After this time, all prices may change due to currency fluctuations.\u00a0All quotes are subject to availability.\u00a0Please confirm your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee the quoted price and availability.<\/p>\r\n

For any reservation, whether a fixed or custom itinerary, if one or more participating travelers cancel their reservation, and the itinerary will still be traveled by one or more participating travelers, the price per person for the reservation will be increased by the cost of the participants canceled share divided by the number of remaining participants.\u00a0Any refusal to accept the new cost per person will be considered a cancellation of the booking, and will be subject to the cancellation fees mentioned in point 5. Your refusal to pay any reasonable adjustment to the price of your itinerary will be considered a cancellation of your reservation.<\/p>\r\n

8 – ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION TO CONSIDER<\/b>
8.1.\u00a0Sometimes when creating and quoting your travel itinerary, we don’t know the exact details of your international flights.\u00a0<\/b>Therefore, as a precautionary measure, Mannat Voyages considers the first and last day of your itinerary to be entirely dedicated to travel to and from your home country.\u00a0However, sometimes these days may ultimately include services such as activities, accommodation and transportation, which may affect the final cost of the itinerary.<\/p>\r\n

8.2.\u00a0All our travel itineraries,<\/b>unless otherwise stated, are based on shared accommodation.\u00a0Single rooms may be available on request, if available we will advise you of the additional cost which will be shown extra on your itinerary and quote.<\/p>\r\n

8.3.\u00a0Special conditions for high mountain routes<\/b><\/p>\r\n

8.4.\u00a0Once your reservation is confirmed,<\/b>\u00a0it is possible to extend your itinerary.\u00a0Mannat Voyages will create a new itinerary and a new quote.\u00a0All additional services and expenses will be billed to you by Mannat Voyages based on the changes required.\u00a0The new invoice will be sent to you by e-mail 45 days before your arrival.\u00a0All changes and requests are subject to availability.<\/p>\r\n

9 – PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18<\/b><\/p>\r\n

9.1.\u00a0Mannat Voyages will only accept reservations from people 18 years of age or older.<\/b>Any reservation for an unaccompanied minor will only be confirmed by Mannat Voyages with the prior written consent of the parents or legal guardian.\u00a0All unaccompanied minors must have relevant exit documents from their country of origin, as authorities allow them to travel abroad without parents or legal guardians.\u00a0For any minor traveling with only one parent, teachers or other unrelated adults, it is advisable to have the prior written consent of the parents or legal guardian and all necessary official documents to allow travel without both parents or the legal guardian.\u00a0The minor traveler must also carry the travel itinerary, as well as the name, addresses and telephone numbers of their parents.<\/p>\r\n

10 – RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Mannat Voyages accepts no liability of any kind, whether in contract, tort or otherwise in the following circumstances:<\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Mannat Voyages reserves the right to modify dates, times or itineraries, or to cancel reservations to ensure the safety of travelers and \/ or on the orders of an administrative authority, as required by unforeseeable and insurmountable incidents or events mentioned above.\u00a0In this case, Mannat Voyages will calculate the unused portion of the trip and deduct the cancellation fees.\u00a0The remaining amount will be held as credit for future use by the participant.\u00a0If the credit is not sufficient to cover new travel reservations, the difference will be paid by the participant.<\/p>\r\n

Your refusal to pay any reasonable adjustment to the price of your itinerary will be considered a cancellation of your reservation.<\/p>\r\n

11 – AGENT<\/b>\u00a0Mannat Voyages acts solely as a travel agent.\u00a0We sell various travel-related products on behalf of many transport and accommodation service providers, such as airlines, coach\/railway operators and cruise lines.\u00a0Mannat Voyages’ obligation to you is to make travel reservations on your behalf and to enter into the relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers.\u00a0We have no responsibility for these services, and we are not entitled to make any warranties or representations regarding their standard.\u00a0All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by such service providers.<\/p>\r\n

12 – COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/p>\r\n

All complaints must be sent by registered mail and addressed to Mannat Voyages.\u00a0Please do not delay in contacting us in the event of a complaint and be sure to attach all supporting documents.\u00a0Disputes, if any, are submitted to the local courts in Delhi.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
